Don’t forget to firstly read its INSTALLATION GUIDE in the ReadMe.txt file before doing installation. Also, I suggest you to disable your antivirus before running its PATCH or KEYGEN file since some antivirus detect it as a virus/trojan.
NOTE: One thing that you have to pay attention is that never try to update this software
