Zimbra Desktop (78.373 MB) adalah sebuah aplikasi mail client yang sanggup menarik banyak email (lebih dari satu jenis alamat email) ke dalam satu layar monitor komputer. Zimbra Desktop sangat cocok dipakai oleh Anda yang punya mobilitas tinggi, ataupun bagi anda yang bekerja dan bergelut dengan email sehari-harinya.

NOTE: Sebelum mendownload, jangan lupa memilih jenis OS komputer Anda (Windows, Mac, atau Linux).

Setelah proses download selesai, langkah selanjutnya tinggal meng-instalnya di komputer. Untuk meng-instal dan menggunakan Zimbra Desktop, perhatikan langkah-langkah di bawah ini:

PANDUAN INSTALASI:

1. Jalankan INSTALLER-nya ( zdesktop 2.0.1 b10659 win 32.exe atau zdesktop_7_1_4_ga_b11299_win32.m ) 
2. Buka programnya. Pada waktu buka pertama kali akan muncul Windows Script. Tunggu saja sampai selesai. Selanjutnya akan muncul layar Zimbra Desktop. Lakukan saja semua langkah sesuai yang diminta. 
3. Untuk memasukkan (atau menambah) alamat Email baru, tinggal klik Setup>ADD NEW ACCOUNT 
4. Bila diperlukan Anda bisa memberikan tanda centang pada kedua pilihan dibawah ini (kalau Anda sudah pernah menggunakan email-email Anda tsb sebelumnya) Synchronize all calendars  &  Synchronize all contacts and groups. Kemudian klik Launch Desktop.  Selanjutnya akan berlangsung proses sinkronisasi. Tunggu sampai selesai sebelum menambahkan alamat email yang lain.
