Software ini sangat populer dikalangan para blogger, karena sudah terbukti mampu melakukan downloading berbagai macam jenis file dengan sangat baik dan memuaskan. Bahkan banyak yang berpendapat bahwa IDM merupakan mesin downloader yang tercepat saat ini! Situs resminya mengklaim bahwa IDM mampu melakukan download hingga 5x lebih cepat dari mesin download lainnya.

The program will resume unfinished downloads due to network problems, or unexpected power outages. The program features a full-fledged site grabber that downloads files that are specified with filters, for example, all pictures from a Web site, different parts of web sites, or complete web sites for offline browsing. The program supports HTTP, HTTPS, FTP and MMS protocols, and has an adaptive download accelerator for MP3 audio and MPEG video files. This version adds FLV grabber that can be used to download videos from YouTube, Google Video, MySpaceTV, and other popular sites. The grabber can be started from the web page context menu in Internet Explorer, Firefox, and in other Mozilla or IE based browsers. It's also possible to add FLV extension to IDM list of downloadable file types to take over the download of all FLV videos.

Don’t forget to firstly read its INSTALLATION GUIDE in the ReadMe.txt file before doing installation.

NOTE: One thing that you have to pay attention is that never try to update this software (IDM 6.05 Build 10 Final) till you feel sure to get the newer version from this blog. If you update it, you will get a 'fake serial number' notification, and you will no longer be able to use your IDM anymore.
